Nutrition

Michael Limbag is a native San Diegan who is passionate about fitness, nutrition and empowering others to make positive life changes. He loves raising his nine-year-old daughter, Zoie.  After acquiring his certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Michael began training others in 2008. He is now taking on new clients each month and providing them with consultations regarding proper nutrition and supplementation to help them reach their fitness goals! Mike’s clients can expect a followup from him once their training sessions are complete. He regularly takes the time to check on them and set aside time with them in the gym.  His future goals include establishing his own gym and dedicating himself to help build a healthier and more fit San Diego.
